Two Hull MA Offset by a candle (Signal Above Below)

Merged my Delayed Double HullMA (DDHMA) and EasyHullMA
Used the pre-Easy separate blocks to create the cc for more detail
Set default index to 0
Added HullMA Interval to HullMA Settings
[name, index, interval required=false]

So you can make easy hardcoded presets of any variation on your settings
You can add offset in candles to HMA2 [0= no offset]

Indicator defaults to (DDHMA) 14,14 +1 (candle)
Two same length Hull MA + Offset by a candle (Signal Above Below) use crossings for one signal
Part of a strategy by @Seaside420 on TradingView on 1min, 1hour or daily timeframe together with Ichimoku Cloud) offset the same default Length 14 does well, but different length should be interesting..
