Momentum are simple indicators showing the difference between today’s closing price and the close X days ago. For example $3 rise over 20 days, whereas ROC might show that as 0.25 for a 25% rise over the same period. Bullish and bearish interpretations are found by looking for divergences, centerline crossovers and extreme readings. This indicator is often used in combination with other signals.
